The reviewer has used this remote control for 1-2 years. Written by Jim Cruickshank from BC, Canada. Its rich and powerful features, combined with the quality build, backlight, and intuitive button placement and labeling give the 15-1994 a big leap over the Cinema 7.įor instructions, tips and tricks, read the pages at This website exposes the hidden features of the Cinema 7 and the 15-1994. In my case, it was an easy decision to go with 15-1994. I was also comparing the two with the popular RCA RCU810. Given the similarity in the features (and more such as channel scan, etc) and prices, I would recommend trying both the 15-1994 and the Cinema 7 at the same time (return the one you don't like). This unit has the same inside as the Radio Shack 15-1994, which has more buttons and backlight that lights up ALL buttons. Has similar electronic as Radio Shack 15-1994, but not as good.
